Michele Lebar

To update you on my life since HS would be a long story. But the highlights are that I have lived in the Washington, DC area for most of my life after HS and got my master's degree at Johns Hopkins Univ. in Organizational Development. I spent my career working with leaders to improve their organizational performance, leader effectiveness and learning to be human in the workplace. I'm semi retired right now, continuing with a group of coaching clients.
Right now I'm in transition and moving south from the cold weather and looking for a location to retire. I have taken a little time to travel and find a place, visiting some of my HS friends along the way.
If I was to be asked what I'm most proud of it is my son, Oakley. I'm very pleased with the man he has become. He is a father and my granddaughter is wonderful too!
